基于计算机优化的锻造工艺节材节能技术研究

摘    要:分析了传统锻造工艺,指出了传统锻造工艺金属材料利用率和加热的能源利用率低的根源,提出了基于计算机优化的锻造工艺节材节能的设计方法和技术,并运用该技术进行了锻造工艺改造,节约金属原材料和能源1/4左右。

Abstract:In the Paper,the traditional forging technology is analyzed,the source of low utilization ration of metal material and heating energy is indicated,the design method and technology on saving metal material and energy for foriging technoloy based on computer optimization is proposed,and the forging technology is reformed using new technology,it saves more about 1/4 of metal material and energy than old technology.
