摘    要:随着生产能力的扩大,原吹风气余热回收装置已不能满足生产要求。为此,新建1套Φ7800mm造气吹风气余热回收装置,并采用多项新技术和新设备,生产的3.82MPa蒸汽并网发电,实现节能、环保的目的。

Abstract:With the increase in capacity the original device for the recovery of waste heat from the blast becomes inadequate for production requirement. Hence, a new Φ7 800mm device for the recovery of waste heat from the blast for gasification is set up, and several new technologies and pieces of equipment are adopted, so the 3.82 MPa steam generated is sent to the grid for power generation, achieving the objectives of energy saving and environmental protection.
