摘    要:阐述了在不同的工艺条件下高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)基芳纶增强复合带的制备,并对制备的纤维复合带进行了力学性能测试。结果表明,运用韦伯(Weibull)统计方法研究不同工艺条件下制备的芳纶复合带的统计应力和形状参数是合适的;当处理温度为260℃,砝码压力为16.3 MPa,走丝速度为6 mm/s时,制备的复合带性能最佳。

Abstract:High density polyethylene(HDPE)-based para-aramid fiber reinforced composite tape was prepared under different processing conditions.Tests for the mechanical properties of these tapes are taken after preparation in order to search for the optimal process conditions.The test results are summarized as follows: It is appropriate to deal with the tensile and size parameters of prepared composite tapes by using Weibull statistics.The result shows the optimal heating temperature is 260 ℃,the optimal stresses for the tape formation is 16.3 MPa,and the optimal speed of fiber passing through the heating box is 6 mm/s.
