浮地方式驱动的宽电压输入串联型开关电源

提出了一种基于浮地方式驱动开关管的串联型开关稳压电源的设计方法.这种开关电源在内部采用了两个地.即整个电路的地和场效应管驱动器部分的浮地,12～100V宽电压范围工作时,浮地和电源正端之间产生稳定的约10 V电压供场效应管的驱动器部分工作,因此驱动特性良好.整个电路使用一片通用的CD40106集成块设计,电路以同定频率PWM方式工作,因此自身功耗很小,具有电路简单、工作稳定、成本低等特点,可用在各种工业用报警器产品和爆闪式信号灯中.

Series Switching Power Supply with Wide Voltage Input Based on Floating Drive

Series switching regulation power supply based on floating drive is presented.There are two GNDs in the powe rsupply,as circuit GND and floating GND of MOSFET driver.In the wide range of 12～100 V voltage,10 V voltage generated between floating and positive power can be applied to drive MOSFET,so driving characteristic is well.It is designed with a generational CD4OlO6,it can work in the ways of fixed-frequency PWM,so the circuit is simple,works steadily and has low cost.It can be applied to all kinds of the industrial alarm system and the burst flashing signal lamps.
