摘    要:针对存在汽缸变形、跑偏、卡涩等问题的老机组提出了一套比较完整、合理的汽轮机汽轴封间隙调整的工艺措施;计算了合理的汽轴封间隙调整带来的安全经济效益;建议汽轮机汽轴封尽可能应用新型汽封结构,以便更好地解决机组的安全性、经济性问题,对机组的检修,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the cylinder deformation,moving to one side of cylinder,jam etc on the old units,the complete and reasonable countermeasures for adjusting clearance of steam gland seal are put forward.The safety and economic benefits brought out by adjusting the clearance are computed, based on which the suggestion to adopt a new type steam gland structure is proposed to solve the safety, economic of the units, and can be used widely for maintenance of the units.
