基于图示语言的工人行为安全培训系统

随着我国城市轨道交通建设的快速发展,加强地铁施工人员的行为安全培训对保障地铁建设安全非常重要。本文针对现有安全培训中培训内容脱离实际、培训形式难以吸收、培训方式枯燥乏味的问题,提出一套基于图示语言的行为安全培训系统。本文首先提出了地铁工人行为安全培训的系统设计,然后从知识管理的理论出发,整理和组织适合地铁建设工人的安全操作规范和施工安全法规,经过对行为安全知识的获取、转化、存储,最终形成行为安全培训知识库。然后,围绕该知识库开发了基于网络的面向现场施工人员的地铁安全培训系统,并在某工地测试了现场工人对该培训系统的满意度水平。该培训系统以图示语言为核心,可以极大地增强施工人员参与培训的积极性。

A Behaviour Safety Training System Based on Visual Language

Workers ’ unsafe behaviour is recognised as one of the important risk sources in the construction industry, which leads to the need to develop an effective safety training system for Chinese metro construction workers. This research aims to develop a visualised safety training system for the less-educated Chinese metro construction workers. This paper first brought up the system framework, and developed the knowledge database of safety behaviour in metro construction. The database organized and analysed the materials from safety operation codes and safety management regulations with the knowledge management theories. This research described in detail the process of obtaining, transferring and storing knowledge, and developed almost 1000 questions in the database. Furthermore, this paper introduced briefly the developed web-based safety training system and the result of the satisfaction survey for construction workers and supervisors. The implementation of the system suggested that the illustrative internet-based safety training programs were able to improve safety knowledge and awareness among Chinese metro construction workers.
