连续挤压模具型腔汇合室几何参数优化设计

摘    要:对连续挤压生产中产生的弯曲、扭曲等的产品质量问题从模具型腔结构特点上进行了分析,提出了以汇合室-焊合室过渡处金属轴向流速均匀为目标的型腔几何参数优化方案。通过型腔风金属流动规律的模拟实验分析,建立了汇合室塑变区的速度场数学模型,在此基础上,分析了型腔各几何参数对金属流动规律的影响,采用正交试验和一维搜索法对型腔几何进行了优化。验证实验表明:所建立的速度场数学模型正确,优化后的模具型腔可满足生产要求,为连续挤压模具的设计提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Analyses the cause for bends and twists at the die outgoing port in Continuous Extrusion Forming(CONFROM) process from the angle of die conainer structure, and suggests the optimization design scheme with uniform distribution of the axial velocity, along transitional section between convergence and bonding chamber and presents the mathematical model of velocity field in deformation zone based on the analysis of the simulation test of the metal flow in die container, and further analysis of the effect of the geometric parameters of die container upon the flow pattern of metal and the optimization of geometric parameters of convergence chamber using orthogonal experinents and one dimensional search methods and concludes from proof experinents that the established velocity field is available and the optimal die container meets the process demands.
