硬质合金/钢双金属复合材料的组织与性能研究

摘    要:通过合理调整工艺参数,应用电磁感应熔渗法成功制备了性能良好的硬质合金/钢双金属复合材料。利用SEM、XRD等检测手段对复合材料的显微组织和元素的扩散情况进行了分析,并测试了复合材料的宏观硬度。通过常温三体磨料磨损实验研究了复合材料的磨损性能。研究表明:复合材料中,硬质合金与钢基体冶金结合良好;硬质合金与钢基体间硬度过渡均匀;复合材料的相对耐磨性随着载荷的增加而明显提高,载荷为5.25kg时,相对耐磨性达到45钢的4.88倍。

Abstract:The cemented carbide/steel bimetal composite was successfully prepared by electromagnetic induction melting-infiltration method.The microstructure and elements diffusion behavior of the bimetal composite were analyzed by SEM and XRD and the macro hardness was also measured.The room temperature three-body abrasive wear experiment was performed.The results show that there is a perfect metallurgical combination and a homogeneous weld pad between the cemented carbide and the steel matrix.The relative wear resis...
