| 摘 要： | 某型轿车空调冷凝器在沿海地区使用过程中出现泄漏,通过对失效冷凝器进行气密试验、损伤特征观察分析、金相组织检查以及能谱成分分析等试验,对冷凝器泄漏失效的原因进行了分析.结果表明,空调冷凝器泄漏失效是山于铝扁管形成了穿透性的腐蚀坑所致,高盐下湿交替的环境和维护不当是形成腐蚀失效的主要原因,铝扁管中杂质元素的存在加速了轿车空调冷凝器的腐蚀失效.

| Abstract: | The condenser of an automotive air conditioner used in the littoral regions leaked. Chemical composition analysis,airtight test,metallurgical structure inspeetion,SEM and Energy spectroscopy were carried out. The results show that leakage was caused by penetration corrosion of Cl^ - to the aluminum flat tube. High content of Cl^- , alternative climate of humidity and arid, and unsuitable maintenance were the main reasons of corrosion. And impurity elements accelerate the leakage failure. |
