摘    要:生产中A3铁基电镀镍层的点焊性不稳定,给生产带来了一定困难.为了进一步提高镍层的点焊性,研究、分析了镀层的厚度、镀液中的光亮剂和润湿剂对镀层点焊性的影响,并提出了有效的解决措施.试验结果表明,镍层越厚,镀层点焊性越差;光亮剂含量越高,镀层越亮,点焊性越差;润湿剂含量越低,镀层脆性越大,点焊性越差.通过降低电流密度、减少光亮剂的用量、增加润湿剂含量、调高镀液的pH值等方法,有效地提高了镍层的点焊性.

Abstract:The spot welding ability of A3 Fe-base electroplating nickel coating is instable, resulting in some difficulties in production. In order to improve the spot welding ability of nickel coating, the thickness of coating, the influence of brighter and wetting agent on the spot welding ability of coating, and proposes effective solutions are researched and analyzed. The results show that as the thickness of the coating increases, the spot welding ability of coating gets worse and worse; As the content of brighter increases, the brightness of coating gets better and better; As the content of wetting agent reduces, the brittleness of coating gets stronger and stronger, the spot welding ability gets worse and worse. The spot welding ability of coating is improved by minishing current density, decreasing the content of brighter, increasing the content of wetting agent, adjusting pH value and so on.
