武汉城市圈水资源脆弱性评价

摘    要:在分析武汉城市圈水资源脆弱性成因的基础上,基于DPSIR模型建立了评价水资源脆弱性的指标体系,利用熵值法确定各指标的权重,进一步运用模糊综合评价法对武汉城市圈水资源脆弱性进行了评价,同时将其与湖北省水资源脆弱性进行了比较。结果表明,武汉城市圈水资源脆弱性高于湖北省水资源的脆弱性,存在着较多不安全因素。在空间分布上,武汉城市圈水资源脆弱性差异较大,表现出从东南向西北逐渐增大的趋势。提出了防治水污染、维护和完善水利工程设施、节约用水提高用水效率、加强水资源的统一规划和管理的建议。

Abstract:After analyzing the cause of water resources vulnerability of Wuhan City Circle, we developed a water resources vulnerability evaluation index system based on the DPSIR model. We obtained weights of factors using entropy value method, and made an evaluation of water resource vulnerability of Wuhan City Circle with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. We also compared the water resources vulnerability of Wuhan City Circle with that of Hubei province. The result indicates that water resources of Wuhan City Circle are more vulnerable and there are more insecurity factors. The spatial distribution of water resources vulnerability of Wuhan City Circle is different with the trend of increasing from southeast to northwest. We suggest that we should prevent and control water pollution, maintain and improve water conservancy facilities, save water and improve water use efficiency, and strengthen water resources planning and management.
