固定节点AGV系统调度方案分层优化算法研究

摘    要:为优化固定节点下AGV系统任务调度等问题,提高AGV系统运转效率,提出了一种改进算法。以最小化整体作业时间为目标,通过固定节点产生路径方案,将任务调度分层为任务分配与任务排序进行分步优化,与直接优化调度的传统算法进行测试对比,改进算法的收敛速度更快,调度方案更佳,有效缩短了空载路程,实现了AGV系统调度问题的优化求解。

Abstract:In order to optimize the task scheduling of AGV system under fixed nodes and level up the operation efficiency of AGV system,an improved algorithm is put forward.With a goal of minimizing the overall operation time,a path scheme is generated with fixed nodes,and task scheduling is hierarchically divided into task allocation and task sequencing in order to conduct stepby-step optimization.Compared with the traditional direct optimization scheduling algorithm,the improved one can provide faster convergence speed and better scheduling scheme,which effectively shortens the no-load distance,and provides optimization solutions for AGV system scheduling problem.
