| 摘 要： | 为了提高装船作业效率、延长胶带寿命、降低维修成本,对装船机悬臂带式输送机胶带接头硫化工艺进行改进,通过两台硫化机串联使得胶带接头长度由1.1m增加到1.8m,接头寿命由原来的平均1.5年延长至3年,胶带张紧力由7.5MPa增加到起步9.5MPa,避免恶劣天气(雨霜雾雪)、大角度作业或瞬时超量时胶带打滑,从而提高作业效率,经过实践效果良好。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the loading operation efficiency,prolong the service life of the belt and reduce the maintenance cost,the vulcanization process of the belt joint of the cantilever belt conveyor of the loader is improved.The length of the belt joint is increased from 1.1 m to 1.8 m by connecting two vulcanizers in series,the service life of the joint is extended from the original average of 1.5 years to 3 years,and the tension of the belt is increased from 7.5 MPa to 9.5 MPa at the start,thus avoiding the belt from slipping in severe weather(rain,frost,fog and snow),large-angle operation or instantaneous excess,improving the operation efficiency.The practical effect is good. |
