摘    要:为了提高起重机抗风防滑能力,提出了一种起重机新型防风抗滑装置,该装置可以将作用在设备的风载转化为设备防滑力,分析了该防风抗滑装置的工作原理并建立该装置的数学模型,并运用试验方法研究了该装置的防风性能。试验结果表明,该装置防滑能力与作用风力具有单调递增性;安装了防风抗滑装置的设备可以抵抗70m/s以上的超强台风;防风抗滑装置在试验过程中始终未发生变形及破坏现象,测试点及轨道无变形及破坏现象。

Abstract:In order to improve the windproof and anti-skid capability of the crane,the paper puts forwards a new type of windproof and anti-skid device for the crane.The device can convert the wind load acting on the equipment into the anti-skid force of the equipment.The working principle of the windproof and anti-skid device is analyzed and the mathematical model of the device is established.The windproof performance of the device is studied by using the test method.The test results show that the anti-skid capability of the device and the acting wind force is monotonically increasing;the equipment is provided with wind-proof and skidproof devices that can work normally with super typhoons above 70 m/s;no deformation or damage of the wind-proof and antisliding device is found during the test,so does the test points and tracks.
