基于单目视觉的起重机智能抓取技术应用研究

摘    要:将单目视觉技术应用于起重机械物料搬运领域,针对起重机在无人仓储及危险地区吊运物品的特殊工况,提出一种根据单目视觉定位系统来实现智能抓取物料的方法,通过对现有起重机加装单目视觉定位系统,应用运动控制器作为下位机控制电机实现智能抓取功能。

Abstract:By applying the monocular vision technology to the material handling field of hoisting machinery,aiming at the special working conditions of hoisting goods in unmanned storage and dangerous areas,a method for realizing intelligent grabbing of materials based on monocular vision positioning system is put forward.By equipping the existing crane with monocular vision positioning system,the intelligent grabbing function is achieved by using motion controller as the lower computer for motor control.
