集装箱卡车引导技术及其应用

摘    要:为解决传统码头集装箱卡车(以下简称集卡)定位不准确的难题和自动化码头对集卡车无法引导定位的问题,特别引入了集卡引导技术,开发了集卡引导系统(CPS)。该系统与相关系统进行通讯,使各系统之间可以进行信息交互,CPS系统取得作业信息。对CPS系统硬件机构进行控制,通过3D激光扫描采集集卡数据信息,CPS系统软件进行自学习和数据比较计算,实现CPS系统智能化对集卡车进行引导定位。通过集卡引导技术的引进和应用,实现了集卡的智能化引导,提高了全自动轨道式集装箱龙门起重机的作业效率,促进自动化码头的发展。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of inaccurate positioning of container trucks (hereinafter referred to as “truck”) in traditional docks and the problem that automated docks cannot guide and position trucks, the truck guiding technology is specially introduced and the truck guiding system (CPS) is developed. The system communicates with related systems to enable information interaction between systems, and CPS system obtains operation information. The hardware mechanism of the CPS system is controlled, the data information of the collection truck is collected through 3D laser scanning, and the software of the CPS system carries out self-learning and data comparison calculation, thus realizing the intelligent guidance and positioning of the collection truck by the CPS system. Through the introduction and application of the collection truck guidance technology, the intelligent guidance of the collection truck is realized, the operation efficiency of the rail crane of the automatic rail container gantry crane is improved, and the development of the automatic wharf is promoted.
