摘    要:三晶界迁移的约束力 1.晶界能所提供的晶界迁移的约束力晶界迁移时究竟晶界能是对晶界迁移提供驱动力还是约束力要根据具体情况而定。例如,冷变形后经退火并已完成再结晶的金属在进一步加热时,晶界能对于曲面晶界段向其曲率中心方向的迁移是提供驱动力。相反,对于冷变形金属再结晶过程中球形再结晶核心在冷变形基体中的长大来说,由于在这种情况下包围再结晶核心的大角度晶界是逆曲率中心方向迁移,而不是向其曲率中心方向迁移,因此晶界能对球形再结晶核心通过晶界向外迁移而长大来说,是提供约束力,只有冷变形基体中的位错应变能才是对包围

Abstract:In this paper, the basic principles for grain-boundary migration especially the various kinds of driving forces and retarding forces acting on the grain-boundary are reviewed. In the final part of the paper, some problems concerning the balance of the driving forces and the retarding forces are also discussed in detail.
