基站功率放大器的设计与仿真

摘    要:为了缩短功率放大器的产品研发周期,降低其生产成本,但又不影响网络质量的要求,采用了高级设计系统进行基站功放的优化。针对基站由于受到周边环境的影响不能发挥预期效果的情况,提出一种新的基站功放设计方法,并且对中心频率为2 000 MHz基站功放的各种参数进行仿真优化,从而增大了基站的覆盖范围。通过同实际结果相比较验证了该方法非常有效。

Abstract:In order to shorten the development cycle of power amplifier, reduce the production cost, with no influence on the quality of the network, this paper optimizes the performance of base station power amplifier with advanced design system. According to the situation that the base station is influenced by surrounding environment and it can't play the expect effect, a new method to design base station power amplifier is put forward, and then this method is be used to simulate some parameters of a base station power amplifier with a center frequency of 2000MHz, and it increases the coverage of the base station. Comparing with the actual results, the simulation results show that this method is very effective.
