摘    要:对于大型电力系统,国内外提出了以输电断面作为反映实际系统运行安全水平的监控对象,并以此来提高系统运行控制的效率。然而,现有的输电断面识别方法未能充分考虑系统分析和监控的实际需要,不能保证系统运行安全水平评估的准确性。为此,提出了一种能够考虑制约输电能力关键支路的输电断面自动识别方法,以帮助调度运行人员找到可靠准确的控制策略。首先,根据网络结构和潮流状态自动搜索出系统中存在的断面形式;然后,在断面输电极限分析过程中,识别出影响断面输电能力的关键支路且将其作为断面实际监控对象,并给出能保证系统安全运行的控制策略。最后,通过在广东省电网的应用验证了文中所提出模型和方法的有效性。

Abstract:In large scale power systems, the specially defined transmission section could be used to measure the security levels of actual system operating states. However, existing approaches for the automatic discovery of a transmission section do not properly consider the critical branch with the minimum security margin, and hence the accuracy of the security level evaluation cannot be guaranteed. Given this background, a new method of automatically discovering transmission sections, with the critical branch taken into account, is developed for assisting system operators to find more reliable and accurate control strategy. First, a set of transmission sections is obtained by employing the network topology and real-time power flow. Next, a repeated power flow based approach is used to evaluate the maximum transmission capability of each transmission section, and at the same time the critical branch is identified. Then, the branches in a transmission section are adjusted to ensure the critical branch is included, and a control strategy could thus be obtained for ensuring the security of the power system concerned. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by Guangdong provincial power system.
