摘    要:制备了在PZT压电陶瓷表面进行化学镀Ni-P样品,通过分析比较化学镀Ni-P镀液成分对施镀镀层的沉积速率、结合强度、耐蚀性和形貌等镀层性能的影响,研究获得较优化的镀液配方。

Abstract:It prepares the electroless plating Ni-P sample on the surface of PZT piezoelectric ceramic, analyes and compares the composition of electroless plating Ni-P liquid to produce an quality influence on the film of deposition rate, adhesive strength, anti-corrosion and shape so as to get the better plating liquid formule.
