摘    要:餐饮业职业经理人是由职业经理人的概念衍生而来。它既具有餐饮专业特色,又具备职业经理人的基本特征。餐饮业职业经理人的资格论证,要贴切其科学的定义内涵,建立完善的评价指标体系,并对各个环节进行严格监管,才能有效提高其论证质量。

Abstract:The title,professional manager in catering industries,derives from the term of professional manager, which bears both the characteristics of catering industry and the basic features of professional managers. The qualification authentication of profession managers in catering industries is supposed to be carried out in terms of its scientific concept,the complete construction of evaluation index system and the strict surveillance of different parts,which may ensure high - quality verification.
