Abstract:One strain with high-producing of SOD was screened from four different sorts of strains,and was selected as an original strain to study the activity of SOD.The optimal medium composition was determined by three factor three level orthogonal experiment,extreme difference analysis and variance analysis with enzyme activity as the indicator.The experiment results showed that the optimal medium composition was 25% glucose,0.6% yeast extract and 0.1% corn steep liquor.Under the above conditions,the high-producin...
