| 摘 要： | 矿产资源是人类生存与发展的重要物质基础,在经济与社会发展中具有极其重要的地位。本文通过分析矿产资源与战争、矿产资源战略储备与国家安全的关系,结合我国矿产资源供需现状,提出加强我国矿产资源战略储备的建议。

| Abstract: | Mineral resources are important to human survival and development of material basis for economic and social development in the extremely important position.By analyzing the mineral resources and war,the strategic reserve of mineral resources and national security relations,combined with supply and demand status of China's mineral resources,mineral resources,China proposed to strengthen the strategic stockpile. |
