| 摘 要： | 工业工程是现代科学技术转化为现实生产力的技术。其目的和职能是提高生产率、降低生产成本和提高经济效益。本文在阐述了工业工程的基本含义、特点及与管理工程关系的基础上，结合煤炭企业的特点和当前存在的问题，论述了工业工程在煤炭企业中应用的重要意义及广阔前景。

| Abstract: | Industrial engineering is the technique of trans forming modern science and technology intopractical productive forces. Its aims and functions are increasing preductivity, decreasing production cost andraising economic benefits. This paper describes the basic contents and features of industrial engineering, andrelation between it and management engineering; expounds the important significance and broad prospectsof applying the industrial engineering in coal enterprises in consideration of the features of coal enterprisesand existing problems. |
