| 摘 要： | 阐述了对人才培养质量的理解，并结合学校教学和教学管理工作实践，探讨了2种人才培养质量自测体系的构建原则与方法：一种是人才个体质量学校检测体系;另一种是人才培养整体质量自我评价体系，按比较参照系和比较方式，又将其分为纵向比较评价体系和横向比较评价体系．
