| 摘 要： | 作者不同意把建筑方针定为“适用、经济、美观”的观点,主张建筑方针应为“适用、美观、安全、经济”,并阐明了这样排序的理由。认为适用与美观同属建筑学专业范畴。建筑学专业的任务就是把房子建得好用、好看,即适用、美观。“经济”虽与适用、美观、安全均有关,但它与“安全”的关系更为密切。安全与经济主要属结构专业的范畴。结构专业的任务就是要把建筑做得既安全又经济。重点强调了建筑方针中一定要包含“安全”的内容,并对此进行了论证。

| Abstract: | The authors advocate that guideline of the architecture design should be "suitability, artistry, safety and economics" rather than "suitability, economics and artistry", and analyze the reasons in this paper. Suitability and artistry belong to architecture, the aim of which is to design buildings with artistic forms and (suita)ble functions, which are "suitability and artistry". Economics has much close relationship with safety than suitability and artistry. Economics and safety belong to constitution, the aim of which lies on making the building safe and economical. The authors emphasize that safety must be included in the guideline of architecture design. |
