摘    要:本文研究了超声测厚用于对具有屏蔽层的光电线缆护套厚度均匀性的在线检测方法,并通过研制的样机进行了验证。经超声测厚,单片机数据处理及显示报警装置,可使操作人员了解护套挤压生产情况并对挤塑机及时调整,对避免废品,提高产品质量以及节约护套原料都有显著作用。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a method of ultrasonic on-line monitor to detect the uneveness of the thickness of shielded electric or optic cable sheath ,and verified by sample machine developed.By means of ultrasonic measure ,chip microprocessors' data processing and warning device can make,the oprator know the situation of production and readjust the extrading machine , which plays an outstanding part in avoiding waste products , improving the qualty of products and saving raw material of protective cover.
