微能耗压边封闭容腔液体压力伺服控制研究

摘    要:针对板料拉深成形微能耗压边系统的关键技术—封闭容腔液体压力伺服控制,建立了系统的物理模型;基于节点法建立了模型中各元件的数学模型,同时考虑管道效应,应用模态近似法建立了管道集中参数动态模型。以此为基础,采用数值模拟方法研究了封闭容腔液体压力的控制特性及其参数影响规律,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,在给定参数范围内,封闭容腔液体压力具有无超调、响应快、精度高等优点,为微能耗压边系统的工程应用提供了依据。

Abstract:An oil pressure servo control of closed chamber model corresponding low energy-consumption blank holding system has been established.Pressure response performance of closed chamber is obtained by numerical simulation on the basis of each hydraulic component mathematics model,and pipe lumped parameter model that is given based on the modal approximation of pipe distributed parameter modal,then the verification experiment for simulation results is conducted.The numerical simulation and experiment results indicate that the oil pressure servo control has good celerity and stability in a wide range of variety of parameters,and shows a high precision of stationary response.This research provides base for the engineering application of the low energy-consumption blank holding system.
