| 摘 要： | 文中根据非岩溶山区取用水的特点，对建设项目水资源论证的技术问题进行了深入分析，重点对论证范围、地表水资源量和地下水水源的保证程度等问题进行了研究，针对有关问题给出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of water withdrawal,technical problems of water resources argumentation for construction project in non-karst mountain area are analysed.The argumentation range,amount of surface water resources,and guarantee degree of ground water source are mainly discussed.Aiming at the problems,the resolvents are put forward in this paper. |
