低温溶液缩聚制备芳香族聚砜酰胺的研究

摘    要:采用低温溶液缩聚的方法,将对位二氨基二苯砜(4,4′-DDS)、间位二氨基二苯砜(3,3′-DDS)和对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)在二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中进行缩聚,制得较高相对分子质量的芳香族聚砜酰胺树脂,并研究了各反应因素对聚合物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明:浆液浓度为13%,反应初始温度为10℃,TPC/DDS摩尔比为1.001~1.003,反应时间50~60min时,可获得理想的聚合物。

Abstract:Polysulfonamide with relatively high inherent viscosity was prepared by the method of low-temperature solution condensation polymerization.The effect of polymerization time,initial reaction temperature,TPC/DDS mole ration and dope concentration on the molecular weight of polymer were studied.The optimal reactive conditions were dope concentration of 13 %,initial reaction temperature of 10 ℃,the TPC/DDS mole ratio of 1.001~1.003,the polymertization time of 50~60 min.
