摘    要:成形研究需要掌握00Cr17Ni14Mo2在不同温度、速率条件下的变形抗力情况。采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,分别在800℃、900℃、1000℃、1100℃4个温度和0.01/s、0.05/s、0.1/s、0.5/s、1/s 5个变形速率的条件下,对00Cr17Ni14Mo2材料进行等温等速压缩试验。通过所获取的数据来绘制曲线图,分析温度、应变速率对材料流动应力的影响规律,最后建立数学模型进行回归,并对该回归方程进行评估检验,结果表明得到的回归模型能准确的计算出00Cr17Ni14Mo2的流动应力。

Abstract:Forming research demands mastering the deforming situation under the condition of the different temperatures and strain rates.In this paper,the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine is adopted to complete compressing experiments on the material,under the conditions of the working temperature of 800℃、900℃、1000℃、1100℃ and different strain rates of 0.01/s、0.05/s、0.1/s、0.5/s、1/s,respectively.According to data obtained,the stress-strains curves are plotted.The influential rules of the working temperature and the strain rate on the flow stress are acquired by analyzing the data and the curves.Finally,this paper establishes a mathematical model,regresses the data and evaluates the result of regression.The result shows that the model gained is suitable to correctly calculate the flow stress of this material.
