广州百货大厦新翼商业楼的钢管混凝土施工技术

摘    要:广州百货大厦新翼商业楼采用逆作法施工,利用大量钢管柱、钢构架柱和高强混凝土C60作为结构承重构件,在钢结构施工中主要对构件加工、构件进场和运输、现场吊装、钢构件的焊接、构件安装等施工工艺进行质量控制,高强混凝土施工中主要对吊装加固、混凝土制作、现场浇灌等施工工艺进行质量控制,适应了逆作法施工中对上下承重结构的要求,解决了大跨度和某些特殊结构的需要,减轻了结构重量,加快了工期;在减少柱截面同时大幅度提高了混凝土的承载能力,增大了商场使用面积,取得了良好的经济效果。

Abstract:The unusual structure way is applied to the newtng building of Guangzhou merchandise building by use of a large amount of steel tube pillar, steel structure pillar and high intensive concrete C60 as the undertaken structure. Processing of structure stuff, entry and transport for structure stuff, installing on scene, welding of steel structure and installing of structure stuff etc. are mainly introduced during the construction of steel structure, and the process of reinforcing of installing and making of concrete and irrigation on scene etc. is mainly introduced during construction of high intensive concrete. Such construction technology suited the construction with high and low of the unusual structure way, solved the problem of the big span and peculiar structure lightened the structure weight and quickened the project schedule, also greatly increased the bearable capability of concrete, reduced the pillar area, enlarged the usual area of market and got the good economic benefit.
