环氧氯丙烷生产废水的物化—生化处理

摘    要:采用"Fenton试剂催化氧化+UASB厌氧处理+好氧接触氧化+絮凝沉淀"串联工艺对环氧氯丙烷生产废水进行处理,COD去除率可达到96%,BOD去除率可达到96%,SS去除率可达到92%,氯化物去除率可达到32%,ECH去除率可达到99%,总的处理效果良好。外排废水COD浓度降至11.9 mg/L,BOD浓度降至5.4 mg/L,SS浓度降至1.7 mg/L,氯化物浓度降至43.5 mg/L,ECH浓度降至0.2 mg/L,可达到国家污水综合排放标准的一级标准。

Abstract:Epichlorohydrin production wastewater was treated through a serie processes inclouding "Fenton catalytic oxidation + anaerobic treatment in up-flow anaerobic sludge bed system (UASB) + aerobic contact oxidation + flocculating precipitation", the removal rate of COD, BOD, SS, chloride and ECH was 96 %, 96 %, 92 %, 32% and 99% separately, the general treatment effect was preferable. In terms of discharged wastewater, the contents of COD, BOD, SS, chloride and ECH were fallen to 11.9 mg/L, 5.4 mg/L, 1.7 mg/L, 43.5 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L respectively, meeting the first-level discharged criteria in National Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
