水下专用成像物镜的设计

摘    要:随着水下摄影的广泛运用,对大视场大相对孔径的成像物镜的需求也显得极其迫切,而目前国内外报道的水下成像物镜还不具备此特点。因此本文分析了大视场大相对孔径水下专用水下成像物镜的设计特点,运用ZEMAX软件进行模拟优化,得到了相对孔径为1/1.6,水下全视场72°,焦距8.96mm,光谱响应范围436~656nm,采用平行水密壳窗的水下专用摄影物镜。全视场MTF在空间频率46 lp/mm时高于0.3,在半径为10.8μm的圆内,能量集中度为80%,全视场畸变小于2%。能够满足深水微光摄影物镜对大视场、大相对孔径的需求。

Abstract:With the extensive use of underwater photography,objective lens with wide angle and large relative aperture is extremely urgent.Underwater imaging objective lens reported home and abroad does not yet have these features,so in this paper,the characteristics of design for special underwater photography objective lens with wide angle and large relative aperture have been analyzed.Using the ZEMAX software for analog optimization,the special underwater photography objective lens with parallel watertight shell window are got.Its technical parameters are showed below:Relative aperture of 1/1.6;Underwater full field 72°;The focal length of 8.96 mm;Spectral response range 436~656 nm.When spatial frequency is 46lp/mm,full field MTF is better than 0.3.When the radius of the circle is 10.8 μm,energy concentration is 80% in this circle;the whole field distortion is less than 2%.All these parameters can satisfy the needs of the deep water shimmer photographic objective lens with wide angle and large relative aperture.
