减震器测试台两种不同机械加振方式的讨论

摘    要:机械式减振器性能测试台操作简单、效率高、稳定性好、机构紧凑,故十分适合生产线的自动检测。针对目前机械激振式减震器性能测试台的两种减振方式曲柄滑块导轨机构和曲柄连杆滑块机构予以讨论,运用数学公式给出其位移、速度、加速度运动规律,并利用MATLAB给出各自运动规律曲线加以比较,讨论两种机构的优缺点。

Abstract:Test platform of mechanical shock absorber is suitable for automatic detection on production lines because of its simple operation,high efficiency,good stability and compact structure.For test platform of shock absorber,two mechanical ways of vibration loading wre discussed:the crank slide block guiding mechanism and the crank connecting rod slide block mechanism.Using the mathematical formula,the laws of displacement are worked out,velocity and acceleration,and draw and compare the curves of these laws by MATLAB.Then the advantages and disadvantages of the two structures are discussed.
