以广东省为例,总结了其水库移民后期扶持工作的特点,一直走在时代的前列,取得了阶段性成果.为保持其创新性和先进性,针对广东省现阶段注重基础设施建设的“一村一策整村推进”后期扶持方式特点,进一步提出了人力资源综合开发,金融信贷,农业综合开发,第二及第三产业开发等5种水库移民扶持模式,建立了多元化项目扶持的框架,为广东省丰富水库移民扶持方式提供了参考.

The Investigation into the diversification of the Project Supporting Model of Reservoir Resettlement in Guangdong Province

This paper summarizes the characteristics of reservoir resettlement supporting in later stage in Guangdong province which has attained periodical achievements. The works of reservoir resettlement supporting in later stage in Guangdong province are always in front row in times leak. It＇ s adopted that the ＇ one policy one village, hamlet advancement＇ in Guangdong province. Based on the character- istics above, we put forward a model of reservoir resettlement supporting in later stage including comprehensive human resource devel- opment, financial credit, comprehensive agricultural development, secondary and third industry development. What＇ s more, we estab- lish the framework of diversity supporting programs. The efforts we have made in this paper provide a reference for diversification sup- porting methods of reservoir resettlement in later stage in Guangdong province.
