摘    要:由于制作工艺及环境等因素导致电缆接头故障而引发的事故频繁发生,因此,有效设计高压电缆接头监控系统保证安全生产有着重要意义.系统采用单总线技术利用温度传感器DS18B20实现信号采集,借助nRF401无线收发芯片进行信号无线通信,选用单片机AT89C52作为核心控制器进行信号处理,通过USB适配器PDIUSBD12将上位PC机与控制系统连接,实现了分布式煤矿高压电缆接头远程实时温度监控系统设计.对系统部分硬件及软件设计进行了详细介绍.通过试验测试,系统通信准确率高,测温误差低于±0.6℃,较好地满足了设计要求,避免了传统电缆有线方式敷设带来的安装维护及改建的不便.
