| 摘 要： | 本文以吸附理论解释了加脂剂乳液在皮革上的加脂过程，研究了几种加脂剂在兰皮和铬鞣皮上的吸附动力学曲线及吸附等温线，研究表明：加脂剂乳液及皮革的吸附能力是影响吸附快慢及平衡吸附量的因素。本文还探讨了皮的碱中和条件对吸附的影响；磺化油加入少量非离子表面活性剂对吸附的影响；以及硫酸化油和亚硫酸化油的差别

| Abstract: | Fat liquoring is an important process in leather making. Leather absorbs oil from fatliquor emulsion during the procedure. This paper studies it as an adsorption phenomenon. The adsorption isotherms and kinetic curves of fatliquor emulsion in the wet - blue and Rechromed leather are studies. The results show that adsorption speed and adsorbing equilibrium capacity are influenced by fatliquor emulsion and leather's adsorbing ability. In additinn, the effect of the meutralization of leather and the adsorption difference between sulphat fatliquor and sulphite fatliquor are studied. |
