| 摘 要： | 矿业城市是依托资源发展起来的城市。随着资源的逐步枯竭，城市转型是其发展过程中必然面对的问题。河南省有较多的矿业城市，如何应对其城市转型及区域经济的可持续发展对河南省经济发展至关重要。德国鲁尔区是世界上资源型城市成功转型的典范，借鉴其成功经验对河南省矿业城市的发展具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The mining city is the one that has been developed depending on the exploitation of mineral resources. Along with the exhaustion of the resources, mining cities must inevitably face the problems of the city type transformation during their development. There are quite a lot of mining cities in Hehan Province. It is very important to properly deal with the city type transformation of mining cities and the sustainable development of regional economy for the development of Hehan economy. Ruhr Region in Germany is a successful example of the city type transformation of the resource -type cities in the world. To use the successful experiences of Ruhr Region for reference will play an important role in economic development of mining cities in Hehan Province. |
