Abstract:The paper systematically introduced nanofiltration membrane and membrane mechanical, nature and mechanism of nanofiltration, factors which affected the process of nanofiltration, membrane fouling and its prevention. The applications of nanofiltration in food and fermentation industries were also illustrated.
