碳纤维加固混凝土偏压构件正截面承载力的研究

摘    要:定义了碳纤维加固混凝土偏压构件的四种破坏形态——受拉破坏、受压破坏、界限破坏和极限破坏,并在基本假定的基础上,利用静力平衡条件,提出了考虑二次受力时不同破坏形态下未破损截面和破损截面的承载力简化计算公式,N-M相关曲线表明碳纤维的加固作用可大幅度提高混凝土大偏压构件截面的抗弯承载力。对于易在拱顶和边墙部位发生受拉破坏的隧道衬砌,碳纤维可有效提高这类结构的承载能力,发挥其高强高效的加固作用。研究成果不仅验证了碳纤维加固隧道衬砌结构的有效性,还对碳纤维加固隧道结构设计方法的形成具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:CFRP is expected to be one of the effective materials that can be used in the rehabilitation of tunnels.Use of CFRP in tunnels is based on the study on bearing capacity,so in the paper four failure modes(tension, compression,balanced and ultimate) of eccentrically loaded RC members strengthened with CFRP are firstly defined.Based on the basic hypothesis,the simplified equations of bearing capacity for the uncracked and cracked sections under secondary load,which correspond to different failure modes,are proposed according to the static equilibrium condition,and the N-M curves show that CFRP can greatly improve the flexural bearing capacity of large eccentrically loaded member.For tunnels,tension failures occur in the vaults and side walls,CFRP can be effectively used to strengthen them and bring its good characteristics into full play.The research achievement will contribute to establish the design methods of CFRP strengthened tunnel structures.
