HB360级耐磨板的过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线研究

摘    要:采用Gleeble3800热力模拟试验机研究HB360耐磨板中过冷奥氏体连续冷却过程的相变规律,利用膨胀法结合金相法建立连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线。结果表明,冷却速率不大于1.5℃/s时,HB360耐磨板冷却过程中的转变产物全部为贝氏体组织;冷却速率不小于3℃/s时,其转变产物全部为马氏体组织。

Continuous cooling transformation curve of overcooled austenite of HB360-grade wear-resistant plate

Abstract:This paper studies the phrase transformation of the overcooled austenite of HB360-grade wear-resistant plate in the continuous cooling transformation process by means of a Gleeble-3800 thermal-mechanical simulator.Thermal expansion method together with metallographic analysis were adopted to obtain the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curve.The results show that bainite can be formed when the cooling rate is lower than 1.5 ℃/s,and when the cooling rate is higher than 3 ℃/s,the product formed is totally martensite.
