RH浸渍管浇注料侵蚀机理的研究

摘    要:根据相平衡原理和热力学理论,对RH浸渍管浇注料各组元间、熔渣各组元间以及浇注料与熔渣间的化学反应进行了热力学分析。结果表明,SiO2微粉和α-Al2O3微粉对RH浸渍管浇注料使用性能的影响均具有两面性,应适当控制其添加量,并减少水泥结合剂的添加量;RH熔渣组分间发生化学反应,使得熔渣黏度发生变化,当熔渣黏度增大时,浸渍管出现黏渣现象,当大量低熔点物相产生时,熔渣黏度降低,浸渍管易受到熔渣的渗透和侵蚀;RH熔渣与浸渍管浇注料基体相互作用,产生低熔点物相,使浸渍管产生溶蚀,而高熔点物相黏结在浸渍管表面形成黏渣。

Corrosion mechanism of RH immersion tube castable

Abstract:There is little study on the corrosion mechanism of RH immersion tube castable due to few researches on the reaction between RH immersion tube castable and molten slag.In this paper,according to phase equilibrium theory and thermomechanical theory,the mechanism of molten slag corrosion was studied by thermomechanical analysis of the reaction between the RH immersion tube castable and the molten slag.The results show that the micron SiO2 powder and α-Al2O3 powder in the Al2O3-MgO castable have two-sided effect,and their addition should be adequately controlled while the addition of the cement binder should be minimized.The viscosity of the molten slag changes with the reaction between the components of the molten slag.As the slag viscosity increases,the molten slag is easy to build up onto the RH immersion tube;as the slag viscosity decreases and a large number of low melting point phases arise,the RH immersion tube is vulnerable to slag penetration and erosion.The low melting point phases,generated from the reaction between the molten slag and RH immersion tube castable,melt into the slag and make the RH immersion tube ablate to the slag,and the high melting point phases build up onto the RH immersion tube.
