煤气流解吸废氨水中氨氮的研究

摘    要:利用煤气流解吸焦化废水中的氨氮,通过小型工业化试验,得出其较优工艺条件:废水温度为90℃,气液体积比为850,解吸助剂投加量为20 mg/L,废水pH值为10.4,废水停留时间为120 min。此时焦化废水氨氮脱除率高达94.79%,处理后焦化废水中剩余氨氮含量为195 mg/L,完全满足生化进水要求。

NH3-N removal from coking wastewater via coal gas stripping

Abstract:Ammonia scale study, by wh -nitrogen (NHa-N) in coking wastewater was treated by coal gas stripping in pilotich optimal operating conditions were obtained. It is found that, when wastewater temperature, gas-liquid volume ratio, dosage of stripping additive, wastewater pH value and residence time of wastewater are 90 'C, 850, 20 mg/L, 10.4 and 120 min, respectively, NHa-N removal reaches as high as 94.79%. The residual content of NH3-N in the treated coking wastewater is 195 mg/ L, which fully meets the requirements of biological treatment.
