摘    要:采用热膨胀法在Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机上测定72A帘线钢的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,并分析开始冷却温度为900℃时不同冷却速度下帘线钢的室温组织和连续冷却转变规律。结果表明,随着冷却速度的加快,72A帘线钢的转变开始温度降低、完成转变时间缩短、珠光体片层间距变细,但连续冷却转变条件下得到钢中珠光体组织的均匀性较差。

Abstract:The continuous cooling transformation curve of 72A cord steel has been drawn by Gleeble- 1500 thermal simulation machine using the thermal dilation method. The influence of starting cooling temperature of 900 ℃ and cooling rate on room temperature structure and properties of steel is analyzed. The result shows that, with the acceleration of cooling, the starting temperature of transformation of the cord steel begins to fall, the time needed to complete the transformation becomes short, and the distance of pearlite lamina decreases, but the homogeneity of pearlitic structure in the steel is poor under the condition of continuous cooling transformation.
