开坯机主传动系统自激振动分析

摘    要:轧机主传动系统持续的自激振动将产生高频、高幅值的动载荷,使设备受到严重破坏。通过建立轧机主传动系统自激振动理论模型和现场实验研究,发现轧件与轧机之间"打滑"是诱发自激振动的主要原因。开坯机由于压下量大,造成"咬入"困难,应当采用车削方式加工轧辊辊身,以增大轧辊与轧件之间的摩擦系数。

Abstract:Self-excited vibration on the main drive system of the rolling mill will lead to high-frequency,high-amplitude dynamic load,which causes heavy damage to the equipment.The main cause of self-excited vibration is "slipping" between rolling pieces and the rolling mill,which has been found out by setting up the theoretical model of self-excited vibration and by conducting field experiments.Because of too much rolling reduction,"gripping" becomes very hard.Therefore,rollers should be machined so to increase the coefficient of friction between rolling pieces and the rolling mill.The research result has being applied to the R1 Rolling Mill in 2250 Hot Continuous Rolling of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation,with favorable outcome obtained.
