齿轮坯高速镦锻CAPP系统的开发

摘    要:针对瑞士Hatebur高速镦锻机上的齿轮坯锻造工艺设计和模具设计的复杂性、繁琐性,基于AutoCAD平台,采用Delphi和VB开发齿轮坯高速镦锻CAPP系统,实现多工位镦锻工艺和模具的自动设计,并在AutoCAD中输出设计结果,使之前需要1周以上的工艺模具设计与制图工作减少到仅需1天即可完成,大大提高了设计的效率。

Abstract:A CAPP system has been developed to automate the process and die design of gear blank which is produced on Swiss Hatebur Hotmatic hotformer.It is coded in Delphi and VB and it outputs design results in the AutoCAD enviroment.Using this system,the design efficiency has been greatly increased,a week-design work can be shortened to one day.
