1700mm热轧飞剪机机架疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:针对某厂1 700 mm热轧线滚筒式飞剪机机架工艺孔处出现裂纹的问题,结合现场实测数据作出机架危险部位的载荷谱,并采用修正Miner法则结合Corten-Dolan损伤理论对飞剪机架进行疲劳损伤与寿命分析。结果表明,飞剪机架产生裂纹的主要原因是疲劳破坏。在此基础上提出飞剪机架改进方案并对其进行评估,改进方案能有效地延长飞剪机架的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:To deal with the fatigue destruction of a 1700 mm hot rolling mill roller flying shear frame,the stress spectrogram of the dangerous parts was obtained from the field test data.Fatigue damage and life of the frame were analyzed by applying the modified Miner rule and Corten Dolan damage theory.The research shows that cracks on the frame are the result of fatigue destruction.An improvement program is thus proposed,which is found to be effective in prolonging the life span of the flying shear frame.
