摘    要:通过对衔铁连续冷挤压工艺进行试验,对挤压过程中模具失效进行了分析,并提出了合理的工艺改进,对薄壁、非对称零件连续冷挤压工艺设计及试验有参考作用。

Abstract:Experiment for successive cold extrusion of armature part has been done. Failure of die is analysed, and process improvement is suggested. It can provide reference for process design and experiment of successive cold extrusion for thin and asymmetric shaped workpiece.
