摘    要:平衡汽车装配线能够提高企业生产效率、稳定产品质量、降低生产延迟。根据单车型单边装配工艺要求,分别以工位间实际操作时间差最小和最大工位持续时间最小为目标,利用0-1变量,建立了混合整数规划装配线调度模型,利用此模型可求得平衡率很高的调度方案。实验证明该模型所得方案是可信的,将其用在装配线设计阶段具有可行性。

Abstract:Balanced automobile assembly line can raise production efficiency,stabilize product quality,and reduce production delay.Mixed integer programming assembly line scheduling model is established with binary variable according to the assembling specifications of single-model one-sided line to minimize the difference between each station time and the duration time of the maximum station respectively,and two high balance rate scheduling programs are obtained according to the model.The experimental results show that the scheme is promising and feasible when employed in assembly line design.
